SYNC 2000 – Protocol Gateway / Converter

SYNC 2000 protocol gateway series of products are substation rugged communication devices with real-time embedded linux OS. Supports for a host of automation protocols such as IEC61850, DNP3.0, IEC60870-5/101/103/104, DLMS/COSEM, Modbus as well as proprietary protocols like SPABus, Courier and others. There are some models that support an internal plugable cellular modem, secure VPN connections and additional features that are versatile to be used in numerous Transmission and Distribution applications.

SYNC 200 series – IED Protocol Upgrade Module

With the advent of superior protocols like IEC 61850, there is an increasing need for Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) to be compliant with these new protocols while still maintaining interoperability with legacy ones. Kalkitech’s SYNC 200 series of embedded chip products act as upgrade cards for incorporating latest smart grid substation and metering protocols in existing IED equipment design.

SIC-R – Redbox Switch

Smart Grids demand more powerful devices in order to keep the network infrastructure working. SIC-R is a new concept of modern “managed” device where the intelligence integrated can manage redundant networks with non-packet-loss ethernet communications, synchronization and cybersecurity capabilities. This device is able to interconnect PRP and HSR networks at the same time that extend HSR rings via Quadbox operation.

SYNC 2100 series of Intelligent Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) are ideal for various T&D I/O monitoring, Distribution Automation and Substation Monitoring applications.

SYNC 3000 series – Substation DCU

Kalkitech’s SYNC 3000 data concentrators are proven solutions meant for heavy duty substation applications, and have been used in various applications in power generation, transmission and distribution segments across the world. This rack mount product is ideal for new and upcoming substation automation requirements of the Smart Grid and R-APDRP. It has enhanced communication security features as well as IEC61850-3 level robustness. SYNC 3000 can be used for niche applications including disturbance data recording, ICCP based control center communication and many more.

SIC-E – IEC61850-3 Compliance Managed Switch

Fanox presents its new IEC61850-3 compliance highly reliable Gigabit Managed Switch to allow end customers meet the most demanding needs in the market. The IEEE1588 Precission Time Protocol Capabilities allow the deployment of SICE in networks with stringent time Synchronization requirements. Additionally to this the device equips up to 8×10/100/1000BASE-T(X) RJ-45 ports and 4x1000BASE-X SFP ports.

SIC-G – Industrial Unmanaged Switch (PoE)

Fanox presents its new Unmanaged Switch designed to work in harsh environment such as mining and heavy industry. It has up to five 10/100/1000BASE-T(X) RJ-45 ports and up to two 100/10000 BASE-F(X) and 10000 BASE-X SFP ports. It is implemented with PoE capability of 30W per port up to four ports simplifying the wiring in complex fields.

ASE protocol and communication tests products are used by IED equipment manufacturers, SCADA system vendors, electric power utilities and other sector companies that need to develop/test different protocols. More than 75 protocols are supported.

ASE61850 Suite

The ASE61850 Suite is a pack of applications that includes ASE 61850 Communications TestSet, , SCL Manager and IED Smart. These tools are able to help the user to configure, test and simulate IEC61850 devices in different scenarios.

ASE DLMS Meter Explorer

Kalkitech Meter Explorer is a Windows based DLMS/ COSEM Metering Testing tool with DLMS Client driver as well as OPC access (v3.0) server interface.
