AUTONOMY In terms of its products lines, Fanox feature internaltianally approved SIA-B and SIA-C Relays. These Self-powered Overcurrent and Earth-fault Protection Relays are designed to protect Secondary Transformer Stations and Distribution Centers of Electrical Networks with independence and free of maintenance.

FLEXIBILITY SIA-B and SIA-C have been designed with a very compact size, to cover all customer requirements and make installation easier, faster, economic, and more reliable. Optionally you can have an auxiliary power supply in addition to self-powered function.

SIMPLICITY The SIA-B relay, as SIA-C, is Self-Powered from the power lines and both relays use STANDARD current transformers. The need for batteries and any maintenance is eliminated, reducing the operating cost of the center considerably.

KITCOM Additionally,  the equipment can be connected to an external portable accessory (KITCOM) for commissioning and setting up an office through the front communication port. The possibility of powering up with the KITCOM accessory offers the possibility to activate the trip contact from the test menu, allowing the verification of the circuit breaker before energizing the switchgear.

The SIL-A is an advanced and efficient Feeder Protection Relay with reliable overcurrent and earth fault protection for primary and secondary distribution, specially developed for compact MV switchgear. Optional directional earth fault (isolated neutral included) and ground overvoltage protection.

SIL-A has a design that requires less equipment and space, reducing operating costs and maintenance. The optimal design makes the useful life of the device longer and enhanced safety by reducing hazards. In addition to saving installation time. The perfect solution for renewable energy installations.

Intuitive for easy handling use, SIL-A has flexible communication options for rear (RS485 for serial and RJ45 for ethernet interface) and frontal port through a micro USB connector.

Fanox SIA-F is our most competitive and cost-effective solution for overcurrent and earth-fault protection. Like all other Fanox protection relays the compact size with reduced depth makes it easier to install and saves costs.

The relay can be also supplied by a USB cable connected to the laptop, with the USB KITCOM adapter or a standard power bank. To allow the communication, relays are provided with a local micro USB front port and with remote communication with different protocols on the rear side depending on model.

Additionally, the use of external CTs allows you to modify their relation adapting to your requirements and reducing installation costs while having a wider range of power supply.

Feeder & Generator Protection Relays are designed for effective protection of primary and secondary switching substations of electric distribution network. The protection features include protection against the current, voltage, frequency, power, and including function as synchronism and autorecloser.

The SIL-C Relay protects Feeders and Equipment and includes comprehensive current, voltage, and frequency protection for switchgear in industrial and utility applications in a compact device.

Its ability to measure up to 1,000 volts when connected directly to the low voltage line, makes it very reliable and provides 4 current channels and up to 5 voltage channels with conventional VTs

To allow the communication, relays are provided with a local micro USB front port and with remote communication with different options (ports and protocols). The SIL-C is provided with 11 configurable inputs and 5 configurable outputs.

The intelligence that enables a recloser to sense overcurrents, select timing operation, time the tripping and reclosing functions, and finally lockout is provided by the recloser control.

RECLOSER CONTROL
Protective Coordination and Fault Clearance of Distribution Systems

The innovative Fanox SIR-B Recloser Control presents an All in One solution designed to provide optimum protective coordination and the most effective fault clearance of distribution systems.

SIR-B includes the driving electronic and the trip capacitor. It can work with an external battery or with internal supercapacitors which allow the user to minimize the maintenance tasks.

It has designed to work with 3-phase reclosers, but it can provide single-phase trips and reclose cycles, this is, it is provided with a monopolar circuit breaker control.

79 Protection Function (Recloser) allows up to 4 attempts of reclosing which can be programmed by the user.
