Due to our knowledge, our Power T&D division is able to propose you several solutions to protect secondary transformation centre.
The full range is built in metal box housing. Our relays can be mounted in rack our panel. The standard functions are 51N, 50N, 51P and 50P.
Self powered overcurrent relay, SIA-C, is a new innovating solution. It is directly powered from the Current Transformer /5 or /1. With only 20% of nominal current in single phase, SIA-C is providing full protection to your transformation Centre in any situation.
As Self powered solution, Fanox is offering the easiest (standard Current Transformer without hard calculation) and best technical alternative in the market (the 3 phases are available for measurement and power in any moment).
Self powered is most adapted solution to reduce installation and maintenance cost. The cost reduction is due to an easier cabling and elimination of the battery.
Additionally, you can power the relay through the front port with a battery kit (Kitcom). Design to be used for first installation, maintenance and hazardous situation, SIA-C will be able to trip in case of fault, even in this situation
SIA-C is easy to handle. You can access to all parameter through a full equipped HMI, including LCD display and keypad. Obviously, a code access will avoid any not allowed modification.
Our software, SIcom, will make friendlier the access to SIA-C.
