The Fanox TP7 series offers a full range of temperature and process controllers providing a swift and precise automatic control thanks to the improved PID action with FUZZY logic.

 

The set of controllers is available in various sizes,     TP 720 (48x48), TP 731 (48x96), TP 750 (96x96).

 

They are easy to use and simply configured and the adjusted and measured parameters of the alarms and outputs are clearly displayed by means of two four digit displays in green and red and various signal LEDs.

 

The TP7 series is extremely versatile as it has a supply voltage range of 85 to 265 Vac (50/60Hz), the signal input can be adjusted and can be selected with eight types of thermocouples, two RTDs and analogue voltage and current signals. The outputs allows the combination of relay contacts, voltage pulses and analogue signals and it is also possible to incorporate 2 alarm relays.

The control method used can also be selected between the ON/OFF mode, PID+Autotuning or PID+FUZZY+ Autotuning. The Autotuning function provides automatic adjustment of the PID action parameters. 

As an option, via the RS485, it is possible to communicate the equipment by means of ModBus RTU or ASCII protocols.

The TP7 controllers are appropriate for use in industries such as chemicals, textiles, plastics and paper treatment, food, etc. and in applications for the production of furnaces, machine tool, valve control, process limit values, etc.
